Scranton - Robert Earl Skaggs, II, 69, passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2025, at his home in Scranton, Kansas. He was born on August 11, 1955, in Rolla, Missouri, the son of Robert and Rita (Davis) Skaggs, Sr.

Bobby had lived in Lawrence for many years before moving to Scranton, where he has lived for the last 25 years.

Bobby graduated from Lawrence High School in 1973.

Bobby had been an auto mechanic most of his life and had owned and operated Bob's Imports in Lawrence.

Bobby was married to Sandra Herschell. They divorced in 1993.

Bobby was preceded in death by his mother, Rita Skaggs; and by his sister, Lana Bradbury.

Bobby is survived by his father, Robert Skaggs, Sr. of Scranton; by his four sons, Rodney Skaggs of Shawnee, Robbie Skaggs of Menifee, California, Broc Skaggs of Denver, Colorado and John Skaggs of Wichita; and his five grandchildren.

Bobby will be cremated and no services are planned at this time. Feltner Funeral Home in Lyndon is assisting the family
