Obituary

Lyndon--Richard "Rick" Antisdel, 74, passed away on Monday, November 16, 2020 at his home east of Lyndon. He was born on July 23, 1946 in Omaha, Nebraska, the son of Robert and Bonnie Peckenpaugh Antisdel.

Rick grew up around Louisburg and had lived east of Lyndon since 1997.

Rick served in the United States Air Force from 1966 to 1972. He worked as a Salesman in the Sod Harvesting Equipment Industry for over 20 years. He was a member of the Euclid Lodge #101 A.F. & A.M., the American Legion Post #125, the VFW #6406 and the First Baptist Church, all of Lyndon.

On June 30, 2001, Rick was married to Carol Retzer on their farm.

Rick was preceded in death by his father, Robert.

Rick is survived by his wife, Carol Retzer of the home; his five children,Shannon Abrahamson of Lawrence, Summer (Donnie) Wright of Collinsville, Alabama, Easter (Greg) Weiss of Bologna, Italy, Aubrey Ray of Charlotte, North Carolina and Noah Antisdel of Colorado Springs, Colorado; four step children, Joe (Nikki) Dekat of Ottawa, Carli (Jeff) Progin of Lewisberry, Pennsylvania, Steve (Kim) Dekat of Olathe and Katy (Curt) Miller of Andover; his three brothers, Monte Antisdel and Kirby Antisdel, both of Des Moines, Iowa and Todd Antisdel of Louisburg; thirteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren,

Rick was cremated and no services are planned at this time.
