Jerry Lee Yockey's Obituary
Paola - Jerry Lee Yockey, 81, passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2022, at the Overland Park Regional Medical Center in Overland Park, Kansas. He was born on January 14, 1941, in Osage City, Kansas, the son of Floyd and Ruth (Griffin) Yockey.
Jerry grew up in Quenemo, had lived in Topeka and Eskridge and had been in Paola for the last 29 years.
Jerry had graduated from Kansas State University and was a member of the ROTC while there.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Ruth.
He is survived by his two sisters, Barbara Powell and husband John of Osage City and Carolyn Shotwell and husband David of Lebanon, Missouri.
Private family memorial services will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery at Pomona, Kansas.
