James "Jimmy" Hunt's Obituary
Osage City - James Eugene Hunt, 83, passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, at Osage Nursing Center in Osage City, Kansas. He was born on July 14, 1939, in Osage City, the son of James and Alice (Bockover) Hunt.
Jimmy had grown up and lived in Osage City all of his life, graduating from Osage City High School.
Jimmy had worked as a welder and owned his own welding shop for many years. He was a member of the Methodist church and the Eagles in Osage City.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his dad, James; his mom, Alice and stepdad, George Duncan; and by his brother, Timothy Hunt.
Graveside memorial services for Jimmy will be at 1:30pm on Friday, September 9 at the Osage City Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Jimmy Hunt Memorial Fund, sent in care of Feltner Funeral Home, 818 Topeka Avenue, Lyndon, KS 66451. Online condolences for Jimmy may be left at
