Ina Pearl (Manning) Peterson, 82, of Osage City, Kansas departed this life on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at the Peterson Assisted Living Facility in Osage City, Kansas. She was born November 4, 1938 in Olivet, Kansas the daughter of John Paul and Laura Edith (Kilgore) Manning. She graduated from Lyndon High School in 1956.

On September 15, 1956, Ina was united in marriage to Charles S. "Pete" Peterson in Lyndon, Kansas. They shared over sixty-three years of marriage before Pete passed away on January 11, 2020.

Ina spent most of her life as a devoted and caring wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed quilting, painting and was known for her superb cooking. Most of all, she loved spending time with her friends and family.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Pete; two sisters, Betty Lindbloom and Mary Hood; and three brothers, Paul, Lloyd and Ernie Manning.

Ina is survived by her four daughters, Kim Tyson of Burlingame, Kansas, Carla Kelly (Jeff) of Parker, Colorado, Karen Anderson (Warren) of Burlingame, Kansas and Cathy Michael (Mark) of Osage City, Kansas; two sisters, Alice Delay of Topeka, Kansas and Martha Sweet of Green Valley, Arizona; one brother, John Manning of Koolau, Hawaii; 10 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

Graveside memorial service will be held at 10 A.M., Monday, July 26, 2021 at the Burlingame Cemetery in Burlingame, Kansas. Memorial contributions may be made to the Peterson Assisted Living or Avalon Hospice and sent in care to Feltner Funeral Home, 818 Topeka Avenue, Lyndon, Kansas 66451.
