Obituary

Overbrook - Harry Michael "Mike" Prim, 65, passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at his home south of Overbrook, Kansas. He was born on February 28, 1957, in Topeka, Kansas, the son of Harry and Ruby (York) Prim.
Mike had lived all of his life around the Overbrook community.
Mike was born to be a farmer and cattleman and that is what he did throughout his life. He had worked for the Overbrook Livestock Commission for over 40 years.
Mike was married to Kathy Robinson on May 19, 2014, in Ottawa.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Ruby.
Mike is survived by his wife, Kathy of the home: his son, Michael Prim of Overbrook ; his daughter, Aubrie Ramsieser of Topeka ; his stepson, Joshua Barrett of Baldwin; his stepdaughter, Tina Trout of Overbrook; his sister, Patty Cooper of Carbondale; five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren .
A celebration of life for Mike will be on Saturday, May 21 from 2:00 to 4:00pm at the American Legion Post in Overbrook. Memorial contributions may be made to Anderson-Raible American Legion Post 239 or the Overbrook Historical Museum , sent in care of Feltner Funeral Home, 818 Topeka Avenue, Lyndon, KS. 66451.
