Overbrook - Gail Victoria Sell, 68, passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2026, in her home in Overbrook, Kansas. She was born on June 7, 1957, in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of Joe and Betty (Haines) Florence.

Gail grew up in Topeka, KS and attended Topeka High School, she had lived in Lenexa for several years before moving to Overbrook three years ago.

Gail worked for Blue Cross and Blue Shield in customer service and when she retired, she was a drug coordinator.

Gail was preceded in death by her father, Joe Florence, her stepfather, George Doss and by her brother, Scott Florence.

Gail is survived by her two sons, Tim Sell and Logan Sell; by her daughter, Deja Sell; by her mother, Betty Doss Childress; by her brother, Marion Doss III; by her seven sisters, Becky Florence, Sally DeBarge, Debbie (Rob) Gloss, Jenny (Bob) Klingler, Barbie (Antonio) Reyes, Jody Starforth, Ashley (Joe) Michaelis; by her four grandchildren, Corinne Sell, Sophia Harris, Roland Sell and Riker Sell; other relatives and friends.

A family visitation and service will be held from 6:00 to 8:00pm on Wednesday, February 18 at the Grace Community Church in Overbrook.
