MELVERN -  Dale Lee Wallace, 42, of Melvern, Kansas departed this life on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at his home in Melvern. He was born May 15, 1978 in Ottawa, Kansas, the son of Raymond Lee and Lisa (Siege) Wallace . He graduated from Marais des Cygnes Valley High School in 1996.

Dale had lived most of his life in Melvern, but had lived for ten years in Newton, Kansas.

Dale had worked as a roofer most of his life. He was an avid fisherman, enjoyed playing guitar and loved spending time with family and friends. He was a member of the True Grace Church in Melvern.

Dale was preceded in death by his father, Ray Wallace and a son, Brody Ray Wallace.

Dale is survived by his two daughters, Audrie Lee Wallace and Kaetlyn Louise Wallace and their mother, Amber Thompson of Hesston, Kansas; his son, Tracer Ray Wallace, daughter, Teigh Olson and their mother, Paige Schrader of Waverly, Kansas; daughter, Evelyn Leighlani Guilfoyle and her mother, Stephanie Guilfoyle; his mother, Lisa Hayes of Melvern, Kansas; his brother, Ray Wallace of Austin, Texas; and his three sisters, Jane (Gary) Kitt of Melvern, Kansas, Suzan Ball of Richmond, Kansas and Dee Wallace of Overbrook, Kansas.

Memorial services will be held  at 3 pm, Saturday, October 24, 2020 at the Feltner Funeral Home, Lyndon, Kansas. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. A private family inurnment will take place at a later date.
