Cody Larry Christenson, 36, of Quenemo, Kansas passed away unexpectedly May 14, 2024. He was greeted in Heaven by his father, Larry Christenson.

Cody was born September 18, 1987, in Billings, Montana.

Cody loved his family and cherished his friends. He was an enthusiastic outdoorsman, a true animal lover who enjoyed fishing, trapping, and hunting while helping out on the family farm.  Cody had a keen interest in bodybuilding and nutrition.

He was also a huge baseball and football fan who enjoyed watching the Chiefs, Packers and Cowboys.  Cody always took extreme pride in what he did. He was very meticulous and detail oriented.

Cody loved being around his nieces and nephews, always enjoying family gatherings.  He looked up to his five older sisters as well. Cody wore his heart on his sleeve. He was a sweet, kind man who lit up the room with his charismatic personality and contagious laugh. He always dreamed of getting married and having a family of his own.

Cody is survived by his mother, Valerie, his five sisters, Cherelle Curley (Mike) Kansas City, MO; Carissa Jans (Jesse) North Liberty, IA; Cammi Christenson Topeka, KS; Courtney Kaus (Aaron) Overland Park, KS and Cayla Norris (Brendan) Canton, GA; and thirteen nieces and nephews, Lindon, Drake, Jeffrey, Jordan, Madison, Silas, Keaton, Kennedy, Kendall, Freya, Aviana, Pierce, and Garrick.

Cody will be dearly missed by his entire family. A private celebration of life with family will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made in Cody's honor to the charity or foundation of your choice.
