Obituary

Burlingame--Chasity Ivey Provost, 34, passed away on Friday, June 26, 2020 at the Stormont-Vail Hospital in Topeka, Kansas. She was born on August 6, 1985 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the daughter of Terry Ferguson and Dottie Ivey.
Chasity had lived most of her life in Oklahoma City until moving to Burlingame three years ago.
Chasity was a homemaker and had worked in the kitchen at Casey's in Burlingame. She graduated from Midwest City High School in Oklahoma, was a member of the Eagle's #3890 Auxiliary and her favorite hobby was fishing.
On December 21, 2012, Chasity was married to Craig Provost in Oklahoma City.
Chasity was preceded in death by her father, Terry; and a brother, Noel Ivey.
Chasity is survived by her husband, Craig of the home; her mother, Dottie of Osage City; her sister, Desiree Ivey of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and her two step children, Timothy Provost and Kathryn Provost, both of Oklahoma City.
Memorial services for Chasity will be held at 10:00am on Friday, July 3, at the Burlingame Federated Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Chasity Provost Memorial Fund, to be designated later, sent in care of Feltner Funeral Home, 818 Topeka Avenue, Lyndon, KS. 66451.
