Lyndon--Bruce Tevis, 62, passed away on Monday, October 5, 2020 at his home in Lyndon, Kansas. He was born on March 11, 1958 in El Paso, Texas, the son of Lee and Ira Taylor Tevis.

Bruce had lived most of his life in the Lyndon community. He graduated from Lyndon High School in 1976.

Bruce worked most of his life in construction and was a crane operator for many years.

Bruce was preceded in death by his son, Jeremiah Tevis on October 2, 2004; his parents, Lee and Ira; his sister, Nancy Abel; and his brother, Charles (Gene) Tevis.

Bruce is survived by his son, Jamison Tevis of Lyndon; his brother, Jimmie Tevis of Scranton; his sister, Linda Osborn of Carbondale; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; other relatives an friends.

Bruce's family will meet friends on Sunday, October 11 from 2:00 to 4:00pm at the Feltner Funeral Chapel in Lyndon. Inurnment will be in Melvern Cemetery at a later date.
